3. Eligibility for Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout your care. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, through our mobile app, or by calling our helpline. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged $50. For telehealth appointments, you must have a stable internet connection. Emergency appointments are available 24/7 for urgent medical situations.

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have insurance coverage. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash.
